Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between sleeve labeling machine and sticker labeling machine?
Sleeve labeling machine applies tubular shrink film for 360° full wrapping, needs a shrink tunnel for heat shrinking. Sticker labeling machine applies flat self-adhesive labels directly on surface, no heat tunnel required.
What shrink film materials are compatible?
It supports PVC, PETG and OPS shrink film, suitable for full bottle body sleeve or tamper-evident neck band.
Can this machine work for different bottle shapes?
Yes. It fits round, square, oval and irregular containers. Changing the mandrel and adjusting guides can realize format changeover
Do I have to buy a shrink tunnel together?
Yes. The sleeve machine only finishes sleeving. A shrink tunnel (electric or steam type) is required after it to make the film shrink tightly and wrinkle-free
How long does format changeover take?
Around 15-20 minutes for regular bottle sizes. HMI touch screen saves parameter recipes for quick recall.
What’s the production speed?
Standard speed range: 60–200 bottles per minute, adjustable via servo system. The actual speed depends on bottle size, film quality and matching shrink tunnel.
What’s the machine body material?
SUS304 stainless steel, hygienic, easy to clean, meets food & beverage sanitary requirement.
What voltage can you supply?
We can customize voltage (380V 50Hz, 220V 60Hz etc.) according to your local power supply.
What is your warranty term?
12 months warranty from the date of shipment. We provide online technical support all the time, and overseas on-site service is available if needed.
Why do wrinkles appear after shrinking?
Main reasons: unstable film tension, misaligned bottle centering, improper temperature or speed of shrink tunnel. We will guide you to adjust during machine testing.
Can it be connected to my existing filling production line?
Yes. We can adjust conveyor height and speed to match your existing line, such as filler, capper, bottle sorter.
