1. Dual-function water treatment system supports both mineral water and purified water production, enabling flexible switching between two product lines on one plant.
2. Adopts multi-stage pretreatment plus hollowfiber ultrafiltration technology. It removes colloids, suspended solids and microorganisms while retaining natural beneficial minerals such as strontium, calcium and magnesium in spring water.
3. Full process PLC automatic control, 130 T/H high capacity stable output; 304 stainless steel pipeline avoids secondary pollution to water quality.
4. Equipped with UV and ozone terminal sterilization units to guarantee microbial safety and extend product shelf-life.
5. Built in on-site laboratory realizes batch-by-batch inspection and full process traceability, fully complying with GB 8537 national standard for natural mineral water.
6. Optimized water recovery rate, low chemical dosage, easy operation and maintenance, reducing long term production costs.
7. Seamlessly connects with downstream bottling and barreled filling lines to realize integrated production from raw water intake to finished product output.
